BellaBody Pilates owner Deborah Lavinsky’s philosophy is to work with the body in front of her. Some days a client will come in full of energy and need to burn it off in a fast-paced workout. Other days that same client may come in with a sore knee or back from weekend activities and require a workout that is focused on stretching, releasing those tight areas, and strengthening the non-injured parts of the body. This approach will help improve your quality of life due to increased energy, range of motion, core strength (that brings posture into correct alignment), and a feeling of confidence that comes from moving your body in ways that were once impossible.
